As my brand and business grew, I knew I needed help. It pained me to turn away inquiries for weddings when I was already booked. So the associate team was born. I hand picked these talented ladies to work with me and under my leadership and training they are able to give you the same authentic, connected experience as if I was there myself. Since they have been mentored by me, they share the same values and artistic approach to capturing weddings, and will be there for you every step of the way on your day.

Alyssa
I’ve always had a creative soul. Ever since I was young I was always drawing and doodling, I just knew I wanted to do something creative. I graduated from Kutztown University with a BFA in Communication Design. All throughout my high school and college career my camera never left my side, I knew this was what I was meant to do.
I’m a homebody but always looking for the next adventure and memories to capture. I’m a dog mom to a Yellow Labrador Retriever named Chloe, I’m a Harry Potter marathon watcher who is a true Gryffindor at heart.
The thing I love most about photography is the connections and relationships you make with the people you work with. Something about them wanting you to capture their purest moments and memories are why I love what I do.

Jess
Growing up in Bucks County, PA, I always dreamed of traveling and capturing special moments. I got my first camera at fifteen, and since then, I’ve been creating beautiful images. While I consider myself a photographer of many things, capturing the romance and raw emotion in wedding photography is one of my favorite things to do.
When I’m not behind the camera or editing, you’ll find me at home with my husky puppies, Miska and Kodiak, attending a concert, binge-watching tv shows, or exploring the world.

Connecting and documenting your memories in a way that is the most meaningful to you is what I love to do! I'm a true romantic at heart. I love dark chocolate, deep conversations, and new experiences! I am a wife, to Casey, the most amazing man and my biggest supporter. And I am a dog mom to Sadie and Harley, our two sheep dogs who we love to explore the local hiking trails with. I have a love for nature and travel and you can find me adventuring through the mountains or chasing waterfalls and gathering a piece of art from everywhere I’ve been.
My love for the arts started at a young age, you could always find me in art class in high school. Then, in college I went on to pursue communication design, where I studied portraiture, photography, and so much more and completed my BFA in Graphic Design in 2016. What I love most about photography is getting to meet and get to know new couples and helping them to create memories that are a true representation of their relationship together!

Michelle
I've been photographing weddings since 2013 and have been a photographer for over 10 years. I graduated from Antonelli Institute in 2014 with an associates degree in Photography. I love love. No really. I love capturing those moments that you can feel when you look back on them later.
I have a two year old son, Arlo and he's my whole world. I'm a lover of all carbs, true crime, iced coffee, and I treat music like its my religion.

I have always been a follow your heart kind of a gal. When I began my photography journey, I was not exactly sure where it would lead me. A few years later and I cannot believe I was able to leave my full-time job to pursue what I love and live this dream. My creativity shines through as someone who self-taught and continue to strive not to be acceptable rather exceptional. I am a wife and a mother to two spunky girls who inspire me every day. My happiness comes from lazy mornings, making memories with my children, and anything craft related. I am a sweets fanatic and will never say no to cake!
I passionately believe each person was created to use their specific abilities and passion to bless others. I am certain this is mine. Making connections and conversation comes easy for me. I appreciate the raw reality and beauty in between those moments. I love being able to build unique connections, create and document memories that can be passed down to generations!

FAQ
How does this all work?
Essentially an associate is photographing the day in my place. I hired my team based on their experience, work ethic, the quality of work, and style, all of which I feel align with mine! I will be editing all of the images in my signature style and delivering them to you. I knew that bringing on a to shoot for me just made sense, and I couldn’t be happier to have these ladies join my team. I fully trust that they will deliver the Elle Studios experience that I pride myself on and I know you’ll love her just as much as I do!
What is the process should we decide to move forward with booking an associate?
It’s super easy! You’ll still fully communicate with me (Emily!) and I have an entire online booking process where you can pay and sign your contract at your convenience. There is a 30% deposit due at the time of booking which reserves your date. The remaining balance is broken down into two payments, one due halfway, and the final due one month prior to the event. Payment is collected via online invoice to make things quick and easy for you. Payment by check is also available by request. I will be working closely with you to curate your timeline, and will also shoot your engagement session if that’s what you prefer. You also have the option to have your associate shoot your session so you can get to know one another if you’d like!
Do you meet with people before booking?
Not always, but I’m always happy to accommodate whatever makes you comfortable. I typically meet couples in person at my studio, over the phone, over FaceTime or Skype, or just through email. Whatever works for you works for me! Your associate would be happy to meet you over FaceTime after everything is booked, and she will work closely with you leading up to the big day too, by photographing the engagement session for the two of you. The engagement session is a big part of our process in getting to know you and forming a connection. It’s how we do our best work. We want to feel like friends from the start, so on your wedding day its a seamless, laidback type of vibe.
