Danielle + Dominic's Skytop Lodge Wedding

My first wedding of the year truly did not disappoint! Danielle + Dominic chose the absolutely gorgeous Skytop Lodge in the Poconos for their big day. What I love about this venue is the architecture and attention to detail, and their very own waterfall is a total bonus. They chose to get ready on site, a first look on the porch, portraits at the falls, family and bridal party images on the porch (hello gorgeous lighting!), a ceremony in the courtyard, and a reception tent set up on the lawn.

These two are literally as genuine as they come. I was moved to tears many times that day. But what I felt most was their authenticity and willingness to be fully present and intentional with every aspect of the day. The energy was electric and if you were there, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Taking a look back through all of these images as I chose them for the blog warmed my heart and reminded me just how much I adore weddings and helping couples tell their story through images.
