Sarah + Andrew’s Golden Hour, Fall Engagement Session | Photos by Associate Cara | Trexler Nature Preserve
Spending time with Sarah and Andrew during their fall engagement session felt like a breath of fresh air… They bring such a calming presence when they are together. They love each other so kindly and were able to be present and enjoy every moment. The overall session felt really aligned and intentional. Here’s a little breakdown of how this wonderful fall engagement session went with Sarah, Andrew and myself, Cara - Elle Studios Associate Photographer and Guest Blogger.
The location chosen was ideal for them. Documenting their love at the Trexler Nature Preserve brought many opportunities for a variety of shots. As these two explored the park, they were surrounded with clear views of the mountains and tall grass among the hills. The cherry on top was the weather. Not too cold, not too hot; we all felt the chilly, breezy wind throughout our time together. So cozy in my opinion. As the evening progressed, they were gifted one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. We were constantly blown away with the beautiful golden light. The images taken during this golden hour were honestly the best.
Something else that made these photos beautiful were Sarah and Andrews themselves. They both were straight fire. Sarah was in a gorgeous white dress and Andrew in a black suit. This session felt formal yet fun; they were really up for anything. That was the overall vibe, laidback intentional and going with the flow. Having an engagement session aligned with your preferences makes the occasion the most enjoyable and memorable. From the locations to the small attire details, Sarah and Andrew’s fall engagement session was one for the books.
